Switch Network Configuration Service(repost)

I'm looking to modify the current "SwitchNetConfig" application that has been posted on [[login to view URL]][1]. The URL to the application is <[login to view URL]> The current utility stores multiple network and proxy configuration as profiles. You can apply a profile to set specific network setting and proxy server with a click of a button for the user currently logged on. This is a great tool; however, you must be a local administrator to run the tool. I would like to allow non-admins the ability to run the tool as well. Requirements: Take existing code and make the following change(s). 1. Allow tool to run and change profiles under the context of a non-administrator account, i.e. the users account privileges. I was thinking that this could be accomplished by having the tool integrated and or call a service. 2. Use the attached code as a starting point. 3. Must run on Windows 2000 SP4 and Windows XP SP1. Assumptions: 1. An admin will/can install the service program and the switchnetconfig (based on your instructions) if needed on the target computer so that non-admin users can use the tool. 2. The "service" can be the same program or a different program. 3. I'm open to other suggestions if a service is not the best approach. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
