The task is to find something that will provide run time Forms Design that can be subsequently used in code. 1) Identification of at least one piece of software, control or tool other than Infopath or VLFormDesigner that provides end user forms design we can integrate with a VB.Net application
2) A brief (2-500 word) evaluation of the suitability of VLFormDesigner for integration with VB.Net as described above
