I have written a list control for the .net framework and basic help files but now I need those help files worked over and heavily improved.
What I have so far is the .chm generated from the XML comment tags in the source which documents the functional parts of the control. I have also written a rudimentary programmers guide. The problem is that they look sparse and unprofessional. I need someone to go through them, add examples, reformat the text, crop the screenshots and generally upgrade them to the point where they are on a professional level.
You can see my current XML comment generated version here. And I will supply you with my rudimentary programmers guide.

The company or individual that takes on this project needs to be familiar with .net programming and documentation. You will need to be able to create and edit .chm files. You will need to be able to create examples using the control as well as write small examples (note, takes only minimal programming to write examples using this control). All example code needs to be written in c# and vb.net.
One last note, if you are an outstanding help file creation company but writing example code isn’t in your purview, I will potentially consider you anyway. This would not be my preference, but I’m willing to bend on this to get the right people working on the project.
1) Working .chm files that integrate my current xml ndoc generated files with the Programmers Guide that you created.
2) All source materials including original screenshots, source code, project files for whatever tool you've used to create the .chm files. Also including any programs you create to demonstrate said control. And any related materials so that I can reproduce/compile the work.
3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
All work needs to be done on the windows platform.
