Requirements: Must utilize LeadTools Document Imaging Suite v13 which can and will be supplied. Must tie into the Worldox and Imanage Document Management Systems. SDK&'s can and will be provided. This will be the front end to the document management systems. The user will use this app when searching for documents and viewing documents. Must be able to view all supported file types by LeadTools Document Imaging Suite The ability to view and manipulate images Must be feature rich utilizing deskew, despeckle features Must have all of the annotating tools included in LeadTools Document Imaging Suite ??" would include annotations such as: highlighter, e-post-it notes, underlining, notations, bates stamping, etc. Need to view documents in full screen, fit to page, fit to width, 400%, 200%, 100%, 50%, etc. Thumbnail view of pages in document ??" must have drag and drop capabilities to rearrange pages in document as well as delete or add pages to the document. Must also have a “Case?? view ??" meaning when the user selects “Case?? view it will prompt the user for a case number, it will then interact with the document management system and display all documents that belong to that case in a view that would look like a manila folder with tabs on the right and/or left side going down the screen. The tabs would be labeled as the document type. This will need to have the ability to be customizable by the administrator as to the order of the tabs as this will follow the current physical file layout and how the documents are laid out in the physical file. The user will be able to select a tab and the document will appear on the screen. They can then move down the tabs to find any document that is part of the case that they are working on. Must have the look and feel of a physical file folder. Ability to convert documents to PDF, create searchable PDF&'s, OCR documents to text on the fly. Ability to create documents/images ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) Looking for a cleanly coded solution using proper naming conventions, variable declaration, etc. Well commented code is required as well. 5) Daily status reports via email with updated source code to show progress. 6) I want to work with you so that I am fully aware of each stage and can contribute 7) Must be coded using VB.Net using MS SQL Server 2000 and Sybase Adaptive Server Anywhere.
