MS Agent And Vista 64 Bit(repost)(repost)

Hello, I was wondering if someone can help me with a problem. I am trying to work with Vista 64 bit and sapi4 using MSAgent and VB 2008. Sample code is listed below. If I run the program on a Vista 32 bit machine, everything works great. However, if I run the same code on a Vista 64 bit machine, I don't get the sapi4 voice, but rather the sapi5 Anna voice (at least I think it is Anna)? Somehow in Vista 64 it can not find the Sapi4 TTS voice, but it can under Vista 32. Just to test things out a bit, I installed BellCraft's MASH - (Microsoft Agent Scripting Helper) on the Vista 64 machine. When I run MASH, I get the correct sapi4 voice using the same code listed below under the Button1 code. So I know it must be possible to get the correct sapi4 voice with Vista 64. I just don't know what I am missing?? I would like someone to write the correct code so the correct sapi voice will go with the MSAgent character. Or at least tell me how I can get the Sapi4 voice to work in the Vista 64 environment.
