vBulletin category work to be done

We need some work done on our vbulliten creating categories and modifying the look of the sub categories. Please see the attached images to see what we want private message me for the forum location. You must be a professional at vBulletin and hae worked on it before with good feedback. You will be paid after we verify that the job is done according to what we want.
1) forums split into different "categories" then forums under each category as shown similar to the screen shot (there is code on the vBulletin site to do this. we own a purchased version of vbulletin)
2) sub forums to show up under the main forum as shown similar to the screen shot
