We're currently shipping a Windows product that includes online help in the deprecated HLP format. We'd like to ship with a CHM version instead. For this project, the bidder will take our help file and produce a new version in the CHM format. We do not have the original source code for the HLP file.
1) The coder is to deliver a compiled CHM version of the documentation, as well as all source files. 2) All functionality that was present in the original HLP file (hyperlinks, etc.) must be present in the CHM file. 3) The CHM file must include a complete table of contents. 4) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
