Keyword Sorting Tool

I need a tool that will allow me to quickly sort and categorize the keywords1,000s of keywords, as well as de-dupe. Here are the requirements: * Import a list or lists of keywords in XLS, CSV, or TXT format (most likely TXT would be best). The output should be the same (TXT most likely), but the information should be stored in a database or XLS file so I can keep the same groups of keywords intact. I need to import multiple keyword files and perform the following functions: - Sort the keywords alphabetically - Remove special characters - numbers, commas, etc. - De-dupe the list * Use a visual interface to sort the keywords. All of the keywords will be listed on one side of the screen, and the other side of the screen will be an area to create “virtual buckets?? for sorting the keywords. The virtual buckets would be a visual representation for an ad group and I would drag the keywords (or group of keywords) to the buckets. * If I click on a bucket, it should open up and these keywords will be displayed on the left side of the screen. I could then create sub-buckets to further sort the keywords. I should also be able to move sub-buckets up to another level. * The ability to assign a tracking code to the "buckets" and to individual keywords within the buckets. I will generate the tracking code in an ad tracking application and paste it into the virtual bucket. * The ability to create keyword variations for Google, such as "keyword" and [keyword] for exact match and phrase match. * Create the output needed for Google Adwords. Google Adwords allows multiple keywords, bids, and tracking codes to be entered at the same time. Further instructions on this feature are available at: [login to view URL] * Export the keywords in straight text format for Overture, LookSmart, etc. They allow importing of keywords, but don't have the ability to assign bids, tracking URLs, etc. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This program will need to run on Windows XP. If it makes sense to do this project in something like PHP, that's fine, but I would rather have it run on the desktop. This product will be sold, so it needs to have a clean design, be very usable, and have decent documentation.
