Full Time Programmer required

I am looking for a skilled and trustworthy programmer to work exclusively for me working on internet and web based application development. I am looking to build a long term relationship with a person who can help me design and build applications starting with high level requirements, and going down to detailed coding recommendations. Your main skills should include PHP, MySQL, Linux, Apache and XMLRPC experience. Good communication skills and ability to communicate well in the english language are also important. If your ideal job is to sit in front of your PC and build reliable and efficient web based applications, with a commitment to meeting a deadline on every project, and the confidence to offer advice on best development practise, you are the person I am looking for. I am looking for one person to work with me for at least 6 months - if we hit it off and get along well, this time period can be extended indefinitely. I am happy to negotiate a fixed rate to pay on a monthly basis. I need to work on fixed costs to support my ongoing budget. Please remember, by bidding on this project, you are confirming that if I select you, you are happy to work exclusively and only for me, for the fixed monthly rate that we agree on, and for the agreed minimum number of hours each week. Any other information about you that you feel is relevant in helping me decide to select you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Your main skills should include PHP, MySQL, Linux, Apache and XMLRPC experience
