Data extractor needed

We need an application to extract data from given web addresses and to insert it into a database. This application must: * Offer a CMS to work in 2 authentification levels: * Admin: * Admin will be free to add/delete URLs to be searched * Admin will set the frequency for this application to run, let’s say 1/day or 1/72 hours… (alternative ideas are accepted) * Admin will add/edit the delimiting words for this search (ex: for URL [login to view URL] we need to extract and insert into our database the info between delimiting words “startsearchURLzzz?? and “endsearchURLzzz??) * User * User will be able to verify if the search is OK, there are no missing data for each link; * If an URL is moved/missing or data not extracted the application must inform the user about this error. * The database should be coded in MySQL server * The application should work for a variety of URLs * We estimate the application must search for 1000-10000 URLs at a frequency of 40-50 hours Coders will also be required to submit the ongoing project on a regualar basis for us to approve in order to make sure the project and guidlines are being followed. Please include into your bid * **language you intend to use for development** * **time needed for complete develop this** * **price *See attached document for more details*** ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
