(monowall is not a requirement, just what I know. If you have a better solution that is great.)
I have downloaded a virtual appliance from
<[url removed, login to view]>
**VMware Workstation 5 Images**
**[HD - 6.9 MB]**
I need to make adjustments but don't have time to figure it out myself. This would be for testing only not production. Here is the topology. I have to private networks let's say 10.0.0.0 and 192.168.1.0 now on a machine on each network I have hamachi installed and they can see eachother. I have read
<[url removed, login to view]:Routed_Tunneling_/_Bridging_Networks_Together>
and applied with no success. The problem becomes setting the registry value IPEnableRouter on WinXP. I thought there may be a way to insall hamachi and run linux with monowall on each of the machines and then configure them to act as bridges. Say I am on a [url removed, login to view] machine I want to be able to ping [url removed, login to view] and have it routed through the hamachi connection. We need to use the hamachi solution because opening ports on the firewall is not an option, so things like OpenVPN are out of the questions. In order for this project to be complete I would need to 2 vitual machines that would run using vmWare (one on each machine on each network) that would bridge the networks through the hamachi connection and using monowall(or other sofware based router). I can set up static routes on the routers on each network so we can handle that.
I have had some requests to lower the project minimum bid so I have just done so.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
Linux, VMWare, Hamachi, Monowall, other software firewall.
