Building CMS and e-commerce functionality for MP3 guide site

Hi,
these are the key requirements:
It is important that the site looks neat, well designed, functions well and is generally appealing to customers.
Transfer of a well designed set of pages (about 10-12 pages) as a template to a cms that also offers good e-commerce functionality? it must support downloadable content. worth mentioning that my site contains flash maps.
option for the download to start quasi-automatically straight after payment has been processed without having to wait for an e-mail with complicated codes. idealy the system should bring up a box asking whether customer wants download now or later. (can the payment get confirmed on the screen while the customer is still on the site?) in the latter case an email with a code gets sent out. the system must then be able to manage the download when a code is used.
Current product pages are great and will only require very few changes. addition of ‘add to shopping basket’ and ‘check-out’ buttons. Obviously, checkout page and payment page need to be added. on the home page a box for the code and a click through to the download area needs to be added for customers who have choosen to receive the code via email instead of immediate download.
Payment methods must include visa, mastercard and paypal. preferably also the uk systems switch and delta. Can other payment methods be added later?
Can you please briefly – ideally by indicating sample sites where you have realised an e-commerce solution for downloadable content – describe how you will deliver these key requirements.
