Hello, Below is the detailed specification for this project. I have attached a zip file containing 3 images taken from a website I want to clone for this database project. Each of those images has annotations that give you an exact idea of what I am looking for. Please look at them closely and let me know if you can deliver what I am looking for. The zip file also contains our company logo for use in the design as well as a sample from the Excel database that will serve as the basis of the final MySQL database. Desired outcome I want to have a clone of the database at this site: [login to view URL] I want the cloned database to be based on the sample Excel sheet attached to this specification. I want the cloned database to be consultable on our website: www.linguanet.be. The database must be created in MySQL / PHP. Please see the attached images for details of what I want on the Query Page, Results Page and Full Entry page. I also want to have a Help page. The help page can be virtually identical to the help page at the following link (just with a few relevant changes): [login to view URL] Searchability I would like the database to be searchable in the same way as described in the above-mentioned help page: [login to view URL] Please look at the section on that page entitled "Searching the IATE database" to see what I mean. Adding terms to the database Only authorized users can add terms to the database. All other users can only consult the database (just like on the site [login to view URL]). Authorized users must be able to add terms via a simple form. Authorized users must also be able to add multiple terms as a batch by importing an Excel sheet. Please give instructions on how to do that. All inputted terms should automatically be timestamped and datestamped when they are entered into the database by an authorized user. Installation of the database You must install the database on the Linguanet website ([login to view URL]). This is a Joomla site. Security It must be possible to allow/deny access to the glossary – or parts of the glossary – to individual users. There must be a reliable backup system so that the database can be replaced in just a few minutes if it gets corrupted. It must not be possible for non-authorised users to edit the underlying data. Other details You must provide documentation on how to use and edit the database. You must make sure that all references to IATE are removed from the original database and changed to Linguanet. It must be possible to easily add new fields to the database and you must provide instructions on how to do so and on how to update the query form accordingly. IMPORTANT: When you perform this job for me, you will do it with the UPDATED sample Excel file attached to this message. Once you have done the job to my satisfaction, I will then send you the full Excel file for you to load. It will have the exact same format, but will simply have many more records. The sample file has around 7,000 records, but the full database will have around 100,000. IMPORTANT: It must be possible to easily export the database to Excel format and/or CSV format IMPORTANT: I want to copy the functionality of the IATE database. All of the functionality of the IATE database can be found in the IATE help file (found here: [login to view URL]). I want to copy this exactly. The only exception is that I want to be able to search for a word in multiple languages, any language and the ability to search the entire database. IMPORTANT: I will give preference to coders who can show me relevant samples of their work. Or who can even give a sample based on the Excel file I uploaded with this job request.
