We require a pre and post sales technical support resource to assist with demonstrations, configuration, scripting and support for a CRM product we sell.
The product is easy to use and configure for those technically minded, however a good understanding of CRM concepts is required. General familiarity with Web concepts, email systems, marketing engines and other CRM systems would be ideal.
We will provide training in the CRM as part of this engagement.
Ability to script and understanding of data structures, scripts and workflow is required.
Comfortable doing demonstrations to customers (via Web) and understanding requirements is critical.
Ability to work flexible hours and to respond to any support emails same day is required.
Work hours will vary depending on number of demos, projects and support calls.
