The requirement is for some additions to the SuperTimesheets module in SugarCRM to allow check in/check out functionality for a number of site based workers who spend time with clients (service users). Each employee visits a service user for a number of hours per week, with these hours currently recorded using a paper based system. The idea of the new system is that they will logon to a PC when they arrive at a users house and be able to click an icon on the desktop which will pop up a window asking for some basic information, then start logging time. When the employee leaves the service user they will click again to stop logging time.
