SugarCRM Modifications to Module Builder/Studio and users

I need a copy of the SugarCRM Community Edition code to be modified and re-packaged for me. This would include the following: 1. Re-branding the installer 2. Changing the theme and the look and feel of the application 3. Allowing users other than administrators to create new non-administrator users (with proper permissions) 4. Add the ability in studio and module builder to add calculated fields (i.e. a field that will take the sum of other fields, or do some sort of other equation) Should allow some PHP code here for making the formulas 5. Modify Studio/Module builder to allow you to create more than 2 columns of fields 6. Modify Studio/Module builder so that if a field doesn't have a display label, it takes the whole screen 7. Some other tweaks may need to be made.
