remote Upload videos form server to youtube

Hi programmers! I am looking for programmers who have perfect skills in PHP, my SQL, etc.. I have a website where users can - upload videos from local computer to my server - users can grap video from youtube. ( by uploading url ) Project: - Write a app which will be visible in admin menu (custom PHP script). - Implement feature which will upload videos saved in server to the youtube - Videos which was transported from local server to youtube can be deleted. - in database the transported video will be modified. Api should add to the database youtube url of the video - In Admin menu will be possible to set list of tags which will be automatically filled to each video. - Set cronjobs which will automatically do this uploading to the youtube server every X minutes Details will be defined during developing phase. ++Money will be released when the project is fininshed
