prototype of an environmental site

I need to create a web PROTYPE for an environmental site.

I do have a documento of 22 pages that describe the site and a mockup I did for one of the pages structure.

I would need someone that would create a full prototype of the site with all the options on each of the pages, so that I can give it to a team of programmers and do the coding plus xhtml.

Site will allow to search for companies, products, news, events, people, articles, all related to environmental issues. It will like a directory.

I would need a functional prototype with links to all pages, based on the document I have, and a thinking head to position them in the layout correctly or even adding new options that I did not have in mind or forgot.

If you have experience on the creation of web prototypes, please contact me and tell me about your experience. If you own a team of programmers as well, this will even better because later I can assign web creation to you.

Please send details about your company as well, number of employees, skills and so on. The project will be finally done in php+mysql+ajax+css/xhtml.

I will send document only to those companies that match what I am looking for.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
