We need to configure FS IVR system with

- Extension per member

- Multiple DID management

- multilingual

- Configurable prompts based on extension and DID

- IVR menu configurable by member and DID

- TTS or uploadable files for prompts, some member IVR menu are TTS configurable or uploadable files

- Caller ID or prompt to collect caller number if automatic caller ID impossible

- Voice mail dispatch to member

- Billing for live agent reply or termination to member phone (prepaid, if balance 0 or no reply then send to VM)

- Call forwarding to gtalk, skype, SIP or number

- Automatic dispatch to available Agent

- Fax inbound

Create Inbound DID Mapping Program linking DID to Language/Region for proper sound file selection on IVR Menus as well as routing potential translation work to correct translation agents. (Languages will be tagged on the call with proper ISO Coding e.g.: en for English, es for Spanish. Time Estimate 2 hours

ii) Create initial Inbound IVRs for handling of calls headed for Subscriber. Using Database (Existing or expanded ERD TDB), map sound files using tag on incoming call along with subscriber preferences to route calls and use appropriate menuing. Time Estimate 1 to 2 Days

iii) Create Voice Mail Recording module that stores meta-data in a database and sound file on shared File System. After a voicemail is left platform triggers notifications to subscriber and/or agent based on

Create call billing software for incoming calls. And Stub API for Agent Billing (Most of this will be accomplished Via Existing FreeSWITCH Software (mod_nibblebill for incoming calls that are billed per minute (i.e.: Toll Free Access) and additional services as may be required
