We are looking for someone to help us make an online job request form that can be accessed and filled by our engineer’s whist away on other jobs. We need it to be linked up to our SharePoint so boxes such as address and client details can be auto filled. The form needs to have 4 sections:
Client Details -
-Address, telephone number, postcode, email and a link to Google map
-Option box to do works at current address or new site address (if the latter a box to store this info)
-Who is filing in the form
-Job Number – filled in from details of saved file
-Text box for details of job
-Option box for Quotation – Has one been completed – if not then proceed to next section?
-Option Box – for in house or sub contracted work
If the work is to be done in house-
-Who is quoting the work
-Time scale to complete quote
If we will use a Sub-Contractor
-Who is quoting the work (sub-contractor list attached to a SharePoint list which can be update?
-Timescale to complete quote
