I require a software that automatically alerts employees (via email) that there mandatory police check renewal dates is approaching.
Screen 1: welcome and login
Screen 2: will be 2 buttons- VIEW EMPLOYEES and ENTER NEW EMPLOYEE
VIEW EMPLOYEES Screen 1: list of employees showing last name, first name, renewal date, and 2 buttons saying VIEW CERTIFICATE and UPLOAD CERTIFICATE. the list needs to be colour coded, so if their check is not due for more than 2 months, they will be in WHITE, within 2 months BLUE, and within 1 month RED.
If UPLOAD CERTIFICATE is clicked, the user needs to be able to upload an attachment which is saved against that users name.
if VIEW CERTIFICATE is clicked, previously uploaded certificate needs to open.
ENTER NEW EMPLOYEE Screen 1: will be a form type thing that has fields for name, facility,email address and police check due date and an option to upload police check. with a SUBMIT button at the bottom.
the software needs to track the dates and send automatic email to employees based on their due date- 1 email for 2 months alert and 1 email for 1 month alert.
