Custom edits on PHP codeigniter project

Need some custom edits on a codeigniter project ... it is a stock management script written in PHP and mySQL what needs to be added ... 1- Picture 1 (attached) there is an alert module in this script which depends on a column in the products table called quantity, i want to add another condition to this one which is expiry date (if will expire in 3 months, add it to the alerts) 2- Picture 2 (attached) i want to add to (edit transfers, external transfers) 2 new fields called user confirmation, initial value is (not confirmed) a- first field: only shows up to a defined user id (ex: if user_id = 1 then show the field and can change it to (Confirmed By $user_name)). b- second field only shows up to users who are associated with warehouses depending on a table that holds the user_ID and warehouse_ID to manage (see the picture) (ex: while user_ID is associated with warehouse_ID IN users_warehouses then show the dropdown list and can edit it to Confirmed By $user_name) 3- Picture 3 (attached) show data tables that is only associated with the user based on the same table (users_warehouses) discussed above 4- picture 4 (described in the picture) 5- picture 5 (described in the picture) 6- picture 6 (described in the picture) the code is attached so you can view it ... thanks in advance
