Essentially I need to be able to record the actions of the players and servers' statistics of a live game and update it to our hosted databases and present it in a neat, store-able, and presentable table for players to view. All statistics will needed to be recorded such as Players names, tags, steamID's, kills, deaths, rounds played, bomb plants, bomb defuses, 1v1 wins, 1v2 wins and ect. This is just the start to my project and will definitely need continuation work after. Please be very familiar with CS:GO and its back end.

Hi can you please provide more details about your project requirement anyway here's my initial PROPOSAL:- Hi I went through your project description and understand that you are looking for people who have previous experience in working with databases and online services. I have done website projects with requirements similar to yours and with various other requirements, I would really like you to allow me a chance to prove my skills to you, to do this I will be more than happy to create a demo website for you free of cost, this way you don't have to pay me anything and I get to prove my skills to you. Regarding the project itself you don't have to pay me anything in advance you only pay me the 50% of the bid amount once 50% of the project is complete and the rest when the rest of the project is complete. As per freelancer policy I cannot initiate exchange of messages with you so if you want me to work on the demo then please leave me a message and I'll get started right away. All you need to do is provide me with a list of things you want to see in the demo. PS:- please ignore the milestone request as per freelancer policy we are required to provide a minimum milestone request of 20%. Please before you reject my offer at least try to clear all your doubts with me.
