Contract Renewal Date Tracker

Budget $250-750 USD

I am looking for a system to track contracts for me. I would like to know when the renewal dates are coming in and how much revenue is coming in from each contract. I need to be able to do the following:

1. Enter a company (or contract) into the system and specify contract dates and revenue associated with that contract.

2. Be able to see in an interface when a contract is up for renewal

3. Be able to see how much revenue is coming in based on current contracts and also current clients

I have sketched out most of the required fields in the attached document as well as attached some examples of what the interface should look like. This project is to design the simple interface (same as in the word doc) and make it work as well.
