Im looking to build a software unique to my needs as a Owner. I need a software that can let me input a customer and their information that is sent to me via text message or fax. I then need to be able to create a file for the customer that lets me save the fax/text to view later if needed. I then need to be able to schedule the customer into google calendar or some other sort of scheduling software so that I can fulfill my appointment with them. I also need to have ways of tracking the customer/office progress through and after install. (create customer, called customer, confirmed time, completed installation, scanned work order to customer file, inventoried parts used etc.)
I also need a inventory tracking system to let me know when to reorder parts used on jobs and be able to easily order them.
This project may be an ongoing work as needs and issues arise. Looking for long term software specialist that can continue to evolve the software as needed.
I need excel and VBA experts to make data entry for this software as error free as possible.
I also need lots of point and click options for people that are slow typists. =)
