New Magento Store

This is an ongoing project. I need a new installation of a golf equipment store with magento. I need magento installed onto my new domain/server. Then customised with a golf type theme. To include store configuration and working with me as I know only the basics of setting up magento. Experience should be in all apects of magento and customising the design. Basics of site within 3 weeks and then more work tweaking the site and design. Site needs the option to expand as eventually want to add other websites to dashboard for future work.
