540316 Data Collection/Data Entry into spreadsheet

I am working to compile information on electronic medical records (EMR) systems (also known as electronic health records or EHRs). There are several hundred of them out there and it will take a bit of work to get them into one place. It will not be difficult work, but it will take several hours to compile. I have identified three different pages listing EHR systems. They are 1. [login to view URL] This is a list of EMR companies that have been certified by CCHIT, an organization that performs a technical review of EHR systems. 2. [login to view URL] A large list of EHR/EMR companies. 3. [login to view URL] Another large list of EHR/EMR companies. I want to have information on these pages compiled into a single spreadsheet. I have posted a sample entry of what I want as a public Google document here: [login to view URL] For this project I want the following: 1. For the list to be both comprehensive and unique. Please make each system a separate row in the spreadsheet. Make sure there are NO DUPLICATES. 2. Please put the following fields in the spreadsheet: a. Company name b. Product name (name of the EMH/EHR) c. The company's website d. The company's main phone number e. The company's customer support phone number f. The company's main email (often an info@ address) g. The company's customer support email (often a support@ address) h. Whether it is CCHIT certified for 2011 according to this page: [login to view URL] Note that you don't have to use this exact document--it is just to show the format I want. You are welcome to do this however you want, but my priorities are accuracy and thoroughness, not necessarily speed.
