I need a brilliant Drupal developer to migrate the existing site from Joomla to Drupal and implement the following important changes: 1) Convert whole site to Drupal. 2) Incorporate new designs, which include new sections, menus and tools for user autonomy. 3) integrate submission form scripts per specified section (these can be coded or customised). 4) Put in place simple podcast upload and publishing system. 5) Put in oscommerce facility for user trading, incorporating submission form and PayPal scripts. 6) Coding needed to make everything look exactly like my graphic designs. 7) All submissions to be approved by editor before publishing 8) On-site alerts when users submit new data. 9) System to generate 2 Featured Gallery photo links, Forum highlights and Newsfeed topics in right nav.
