OSC Contrib Install & Design Edit

Hi there,
I have a customised osCommerce MS 2.2 store and I require my template to be edited slightly to work with some contributions that also need installing.
Firstly, the contributions I require are:
- Featured Products
- Best Sellers
- Upcoming Products
- RMA System
- Cross Sell Products
These contributions must allow me to select which products I want customers to see listed in those sections on the website (Store Front and Admin installation).
The exact contributions can be found on an osCommerce CRE Loaded 6.2 store, and are available from osCommerce's Contributions website.
Secondly, in order for the contributions to show correctly on the website, the template I am using may need to be edited accordingly.
I have provided a rough design of what it should look like on completion.
Please note the bottom box on the right-hand side, the placeholder on the bottom left-hand side and a new menu on the top right-hand side will also need to be integrated in the template design. The current menu on the top left-hand side will also need to be edited.

This project is pretty urgent so I would prefer if the work is understood before starting to avoid misunderstandings later.
