1) This site should be modeled after one of the following site

2) Customers should enter the site and choose their shirt color, size, print colors and style. From there they should be able to add images and text, whether it be from a clipart catalog or their own image upload.
3) When graphic is uploaded there must be the ability to remove white from the background.
4) There should also be additional print locations i.e. sleeve, back etc.
5) They will need to be able to view online what their design will look like before purchase.
6) Customers must be able to save design and place order online. (this site must be a fully functioning e-commerce site with the ability to receive secure payments.
7) Full back-end administration. With a way to receive the uploaded art work from the customer.
In your bid proposal please provide the pros and cons to the site and what enhancements you would do, if any, to make it easier to use. We know there is more than one way to do anything.

If I choose you, then you must understand my terms. I do not want learners who just want upfront payments and recieve poor quality or nothing. Im also looking to build a long term working partnership since i have other personal and client projects to outsource.
