I was looking for some web helpdesk and finally choose to have [url removed, login to view] installed. Due to lack of time i need help from someone VERY familiar with it to briefly explain to me the possibilities.
I have a good ability in understanding so no time will be wasted. I certainly have few questions on how to achieve certain results. I will count on you to help answer them.
For instance my first question would be how to adapt the content (signature) of tickets sent from us to customer. I need to know where the variables are set.
