E-postcard script for charity site

Hi, I've purchased a charity website. It's Joomla based software. I need for someone to write/obtain a script for e-postcards. They are similar to e-cards. I'd like for it to function like the charity gift card script at [url removed, login to view] Please have a look at the charity gift card link on the site to get a bettter idea of what I'm looking for.

Here is a brief summary.

1). Person will be able to choose e-postcard on the site, customize and personalize the e-postcard.

2). They will then be able to add a donation amount and send that e- postcard via email to someone

3). That person will then be able to redeem the card at my charity site and donate the money to one of the charities

listed on my site.

1). I'm looking for someone who is experienced in script writing or obtain proper script. I'd also prefer someone who has done something like this before and can show me in their portfolio.

2). Someone who will be able to install the script on my site.
