email bounce and susbscription management

Hi

I am looking to get my current php script for sending emails modified to include

1. Unsubscribe link (opt-out)

2. Total removal from the site link(members who no longer wish to be on the site)

3 Bounce removal ( process all bounces hard or soft and remove the emails from the database)

I would also like to make my emails more can-spam complaint. If you have experience in the above please send in your quotes. Thanks
