Code Dispensing from a list, prefer to integrate with WHMCS

We have our own local code generator. We sell subscription codes to clients based on the period they request, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months. We would like to generate a list of codes where we can paste them into an excel sheet or some kind of database, so when a customer purchases something online from our website, it will automatically dispense that specific code to them, and it will remove it from the codes list automatically. This must integrate somehow with WHMCS as this is what we use for billing. ## Deliverables We need someone to design something either a WHMCS module or standalone application that integrates with WHMCS to dispense codes from a list of codes we manually enter. We must have the ability to copy paste a long list of codes in each section. There should be at least 3 sections, one for 3 month codes, one for 6 month codes, and one for 12 month codes. I don't care if the codes have to be in an excel sheet, text file, or some kind of database where we can paste the codes in manually, as long as it's easy to accomplish and does not involve too many steps to do, as this is going to happen almost on a daily bases. Customer visits our website, clicks a link to purchase subscription time (ex: 3 month subscription), customer pays through our billing system which is WHMCS, then WHMCS saves the code for administration purposes, as well as emails the code to the customer instantly, then that specific code is deleted from the list of codes, so the next client comes to purchase another 3 month subscription, does the same thing, gets the next code in the list, and so on? We really prefer to also have a way to generate codes from the backend by some of our sales team (without paying of course), because some customers drop by physically to our office and pay for a subscription code in cash, so we would like to dispense the next available code in the system, but we would like to write some notes related to every code generated. For example: John bought a code online, so he had to enter his information including his serial number for the device he's using, and he received his email instantly with code number 111111111111, he's satisfied with the fast service; then comes along Chris to our office, and he doesn't have a credit card to pay for the code online, he wants to pay cash, one of our sales team takes the cash from Chris, then logs in to the database to dispense the next code in the system which is 222222222222, but the sales agent must enter the serial number of the customer's device, to keep a track record of who is using code# 222222222222. And so on? If it involves a lot of work to integrate the above with WHMCS, we would like to take offers on designing it without integration with WHMCS, except all the payments that come in through our merchant account will be going through WHMCS, as we don't use paypal.
