Adding live video to a phone service (audiotext) using Macromedia's Flash Communication Server MX 1.5. This is for an Audiotext Service (Ex.: Psychic readings over the phone) We want to offer our clients the option to "see" the psychic reader they are talking to over the phone ("Videoconferencing Option") The system will give access to a live webcam feed to callers who choose the "videoconferencing option". Since the IVR (Phone System) already handles all the billing and reporting (these services are billed per-minute), we need the system to grant access to the video feed only for the time that the client pays for. The video feed must stop as soon as the phone conversation stops. The video feed is one-way only (only the caller sees the psychic reader) The system must handle multiple simultaneous connections, to different psychic readers, from different callers. Coder must have previous experience with Macromedia Flash Communication Server MX, and experience with designing live video streaming systems is an asset.
Technical specification document of the project the we can use to get quotes from programmers (2 pages min.). Specifications must include recommendations on programming languages, softwares as well as recommendations for hosting the system.
