Wordpress HTML email posting plugin

I'm looking for someone with experience creating custom Wordpress plugins (including image editing and handling of email-based posting, similar to wp-post) to create a custom wordpress plugin to help with a pretty specific posting worklflow. ## Deliverables In detail, I need a plugin for wordpress (2.7 or later) that takes an HTML email from Apple [login to view URL] with inline images and rich html text and creates a wordpress post using the following workflow rules: 1. The author sends an HTML message to an email address that wordpress monitors (similar to the native wp-post functionality), using a specific email address to identify them as author (there may be more than one author. if the author's email address is not recognized, the email is removed and ignored).? 2. the subject line is the title of the post, except for content enclosed by [], <>, or {} (more on that below) 3. the body of the message becomes the body of the post. post bodies tend to be a paragraph of text (with some formatting, e.g. bold and href links) followed by an image, repeated 3-4 times. 4. images must be preserved in their location but resized to 500 px wide (actually resized, not just displayed at 500px wide). 5. image file names in the body tend to be descriptive (e.g. "a pretty [login to view URL]"). file name text (minus the .jpg extension) should be used as ALT text in the image tag. spaces in the filename should be replaced with underscores when the file is saved to the server (underscores in the filename but not in the ALT description) In addition to basic rendering of the post as described above, there are some additional optional transformations that need to occur: 1. if a URL is enclosed in brackets in the subject line (e.g. [[login to view URL]], all images in the body of the post open that link in a new tab/window when clicked.? 2. categories are optionally assigned to the post using a comma-delimited list surrounded by <> brackets in the subject line. so a post with ,<new dogs, apples, $5 or less> would be assigned to categories "new dogs", "apples", and "$5 or less". Category matching should be done ignoring case and paying attention to special characters (such as $). If there is no match for a particular category within the <>brackets, it is ignored (no new categories are created).? 3. post delay is optionally assigned by {}, where the number of hours to delay is specified (e.g. {24}). The delay is achieved by setting the "published" timestamp to now + {n} hours 3. any link to an ebay item in the post should be automatically translated into a cloaked ebay affiliate link for that item. the affiliate ID should be input via an admin page for the plugin (in wp-admin). Finally, if the author (as recognized by the email address) has the authority to post to the site, the contents (as created and modified above) are published. Otherwise they are saved as a draft for review.
