We've built a business to business collaboration web application.? Part of this is a simple email platform that allows users to send emails, create email templates, etc... using the TinyMCE text editor.? The problem is 85% or more of all emails from our software are getting flagged as junk in Outlook.? We are not having the same problem with gmail or other email systems, but Outlook almost always flags emails coming from our software as spam and moves them into the junk folder.? Even when sending one email to one individual, with no tracking image, etc...? We have not been able to figure out why Outlook is behaving this way.
Our server is hosted by GoDaddy, it is a php application, this is a start up software platform still in dev, so there is no chance of blacklisting.? On our dev server which isn't Godaddy, the problem still exists.? We need someone who is an expert in email, can review the emails being sent from our software and help us fix this issue so Outlook accepts a normal amount of email.
Essentially what we need is an email expert to identify why Outlook is flagging all the emails from our software as junk, and then recommend a fix that our programmers can then implement.? We simply haven't been able to figure out the problem.
