Magento e-Commerce software has a built-in 'data flow' function, which allows prices and quantity levels to be updated by importing CSV/XML files. I run a drop-shipping operation and many of my suppliers provide CSV or XML files on a daily basis containing this information.
The only problem, however, is the various ways which my suppliers have of delivering this information. For some of them, the files are emailed daily to a specified email address and for others it is generated for download via HTTP POST.
What I am looking for you to do is automate the entire process by which this occurs, ensuring that my prices and stock levels on-site are as up-to-the-minute as they possibly can be from these files....
I am looking to establish an ongoing relationship with a skilled Magento programmer and will also shortly need work skinning this software.
