Interactive Website

Hi, I need a website built with the following functionality: (I don't mind if it's all open source) DATABASE ETC I need a database to run the site. It will need to collect details of various members/cloents/possible clients, hold blogs, forums, videos, mailing lists, etc so it will need to be a merged database so users only need to log in/register once. VIDEO Users can upload videos to our server which we then check and add ourselves. Users can watch videos like YouTube with the usual functions and list of videos. NB: the design of the inteface has to be just as I want - a guide is: [login to view URL] video page. The video player interface will be on the front page as part of the design with our chosen "top video" displayed. FLASH ANIMATION The front page will have a simple Flash animation which is basically 5 rotating images fading in and out and the text for each image moving in nicely. AJAX I want AJAX used wherever possible. GALLERY A nice AJAX type gallery. PROFILES All members of the site will have a fairly simple profile with their details, bio, a few images and a blog. NEWS Typical CMS news but must look nice. COMPETITION ENTRY FORM A form collecting lots of details and the info for the profile and then taking payment via PayPal. E-MAIL LIST I'm not an expert so I'll tell you what I want to do and you telll me what I need! I want to be able to select all the people with certain criteria e.g. paid up entrants to my competition and them send them a "personalised" e-mail. INTERACTIVE MAP I need a map of the world showing the location of every place where we are active. I can supply the graphics. When people roll over a spot it pops up details in a Flash/AJAX way - told you I'm not an expert! That's roughly it. VERY IMPORTANT I only want to deal with somebody who understands what I want and will communicate with me very well. I'm on a tight budget so keep quotes as low as possible. I need it done as soon as possible! Thanks
