We are looking for a web based expense tracking software, written in php with a mysql database. We would like our employees to enter their daily expenses on a form that is saved to the data base. We would have to have an admin section to monitor the exspenses and approve them, users would have to be added through the admin section to allow them access to certain jobs that they are working with. They would not have access to expense profiles? of their own.
We would like to have the software have a web 2.0 look with uncomplicated options. A calender in the software that allows us the admin our daily expenses for all jobs combinded and also broken down into their individual jobs. Eash employee will have their own login and pass, but the admin will assign them to a paticular job so the my apply their expenses to that job only. We would like to have an option to have the expenses broken down into catogories, like Travel, Tools, Perdiem, Hotel..etc So that we may see where most of the money is being spent on a monthly and annual basis.
