I give you the statistical formula and sample export file from google adwords which shows ads and corresponding metrics such as clicks, ctr, impressions and conversions and the output file shows a running statistical analysis by adgroup...winner, loser, or keep testing.
It seems like it should be fairly easy for an excel guru or someone that can use excel type format and run a macro that can evaluate all the ads that are running in a rotation together.
