advanced mail merge

My project objective is to have ability to mail merge multiple one-to-many records ( similar to a customer invoice) because MS Word doesn’t have the capability to mail merge multiple one-to-many records, without VBA coding. I need ability to mail merge to Outlook and to also have ability to print hard copies in order to snail mail to the recipients. I attached 2 sets of samples, reflecting **some** the types of mail merges that I need to perform. I sent you 2 sets of samples, because I want you to understand that I need ability to change field names and graphics layout, every week. The app should create a new recipient for every change in column A. The green colored columns reflect the contact data and the yellow columns reflect the records that need to be inserted into the document in table format, My OS is Windows XP and I am running Office 2003. I am very experienced creating MS Access, queries, tables, reports and simple forms, but I do not know VBA. The queries that you make need to have good naming, so I can understand your queries and the VB needs to have descriptions, so it is easy for someone to understand the purpose of your code.
