I need for my site to have some filters put in place, it is a part locator site, the way it works is a customer will fill out part request form and form is submitted and when the customer hits submit the program now will retrieve email addresses from my current database and send out the part request email to all the email addresses in that database, the email addresses belong to members of my site which are junkyards and salvage yards, it is set up now where they all get the email with the part request at the same time. I have members that do not want all of these email part requests, some of them only sell toyota parts and some only sell certain types of parts and the member needs to be able to log into my site and set up the filters accodingly, if they only want the email part requests that pertain to a certain part or certain make of car, certain year model and so on then that is how they need to be able to set the filters up, they may only want part requests from their surrounding states, they need to be able to go in and select the states that they want the email part requests from and if it works correctly then that is the only ones they will get, the program needs to be able to access the database and look for filters and then send the emails accordingly, you may look at some of my competitors sites if you like and look at their filter system, [[url removed, login to view]] or [[url removed, login to view]], or [[url removed, login to view]], or [[url removed, login to view]], you might have trouble accessing some of that info from some of these sites if you are not a member but if you look at these sites well enough you will see what I am talking about, if you have any questions let me know and I will explain these filters to you in further detail.
