yahoo verification application

I have several large OPT IN yahoo email lists - I need a an application that will verifiy my OPT IN aol lists .

AOL has been very difficult to work with as of late. i am seeking a creative way to design an application that verifies the status of the email.

If you have a suggestion for a deliver method for our OPT IN list then please mention to us.

this is in no way a spam related request for a project

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
