Web-ready Football Picks Menu...

I have a small football pool. We total all of our results for a grand prize winner at end of football season. I am looking for a Java Applet (or whatever you think would be best) for the following: Password/Username protected---option to change password(I will provide players with initial passwords for log in) A table of that weeks games...(which I will put in...for the code, you could just put in TEAM 1 - TEAM 2, or whatever, 17 times) I should be able to easily edit the code to change each weeks schedule. The pick could be made by a check box or whatever you think is best for each game. There should also be a field for inputing the point total for the Monday night game. The player should save his picks and his picks are saved for me. He should also be able to print his picks for a personal copy (the printed version would also include his username) I would also like to be able to block out the table at a certain deadline so no further picks can be entered. I also want the date to be saved along with the players picks so I know when he made them. I also ask that the code be commented out very well so I can use this as a learning tool for other similar projects. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform IE 5.0 and above Windows 98 and above
