Topsite Traffic Manager

The purpose of this script is to optimize the traffic sent to topsites, in a way to get the better results possible. Topsites (or "toplists") are websites that rank other websites, based on the traffic they get from those. Simply said, the more traffic you send to a topsite, the higher you will be ranked, and get more traffic back from the topsite. Specific requirements: Instead of directly sending traffic to different topsites, we will send all traffic to a single URL, where the script will dispatch the traffic to the topsites. 1. System will scan each topsite every once an hour and look for the ranking of selected websites within the listing. 2. When the selected website gets to position 5 or higher, the system stops sending traffic to the specific topsite and concentrates traffic to the topsites where the selected website has a lower ranking. 3. System provides basic reporting through an HTML page that lists all selected websites actual positions in all topsites in the system. Basic installation must already include the parsing of 10 topsites. Further installations will be required in a distinct bid request / contract. System must support multiple specific websites. (We list more that one website per topsite) System must be php / cgi and must not require any third party script or software. Installation is required. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform php cgi unix / linux
