179143 SmartPPC Lite Payment Gateways

Hi, I have a SmartPPC lite version installed. This project has three parts of it. 1, Originally the SmartPPC Lite is installed on my own server, and was workig fine. But it has been moved to another server due to requested. The site is not working after the moving, no error message returned on the page. I can only see A LOT OF errors in the hosting error log. The error shows as below: **** PHP Notice: Constant txt_acn_click_here already defined in /var/www/vhosts/[login to view URL] on line 926 **** This part of project requires you to help me fix the problem, either it is the server PHP configuration problem or the script needs to be modified. And, it need to be done in order to continue to the next part. 2, the second part of the project is to add following payment gateways to SmartPPC lite: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Google Checkout payment Of course, the settings of these payment options can be done inside of the admin area. 3, inside the members area of SmartPPC Lite, members can withdraw affiliate earnings, this part needs to be add more withdraw options, besides Paypal and E-Gold. It needs to add: A, withdraw by check: required text fields that users need to enter are "Name", "Address", "Zip Code", "City", "Telephone", "Country". All these data needs to be stored in the database, and there will be a "check sent" field reserved for administrator to mark the check is sent to the client for keeping the records. Of course, the administrator needs to be able to see the client ID who requests the withdraw in the admin area. B, withdraw by wired transfer: required text fields that users need to enter are "Bank Name", "Beneficiary Name", "Routing Number", "Account Number", "Name", "Address", "Zip Code", "City", "Telephone", "Country". All these data needs to be stored in the database, and there will be a "Money sent" field reserved for administrator to mark the money is wired transfer to the client for keeping the record. Of course, the administrator needs to be able to see the client ID who requests the withdraw. The most important of "withdraw by wired transfer" is the system needs to automatically DEDUCT USD $20 FEE. The above A and B need to be seen in the admin area withdraw section, and the administrator should be informed by the email sent by the script automatically when there is a money withdraw request is made. I'm not sure what information needs to prepare on my end, so I will give you whatever info you need base on request.
