Online betting exchange

Request for Proposal: Online betting exchange.

I would like to identify & select competent, qualified & cost-effective bidders for the design & development of an online betting exchange.

The online betting exchange should have all the functionality of [url removed, login to view], with certain functionality of [url removed, login to view] and

Take a look at these websites, to see if you can code it.

Then, submit a bid that includes:

(a) A *brief* description of your capability (Brief: Everyone says good things about themselves, please tell me about your *unique selling points*)

(b) A team/company site that contains some of your works.

(c) An estimate of your bid (in US$). Please identify the payment method you want to receive your funds in (Paypal, Bank draft, Bank transfer, etc.). Do not worry about the budget range. If it's above US$2,500, or less than US$500, just state it.

(d) An estimate of the time to completion of the exercise. Please provide an estimate of the time it will take you to produce a fully-workable version, prior to any additional refinement.

(e) A private message that contains your standard contractual terms of business for comparison with the contractual terms of business I currently use.

My preference, though not fixed:An indian programming team (Though not indian myself, I have had good experiences with indian programmers in the past. Apart from the occasional delays, I am satisfied with their technical capabilities generally.) (Note: The indian programming team does not have to be india-based.)

Thanks, good luck with the bidding.

(1) When posting reference sites, please post the contact person's details at the client company. (Listing reference sites does not add much value, since a listing of reference sites can be grabbed off any search engine.)

(2) Please try to avoid "form" postings, e.g. replacing the words "online betting exchange" in your standard proposal. The proposal becomes a bit lengthy, and some parts don't make sense (and if they don't make sense, I can't shortlist them).

(3) For proposals without payment schedules, I am going to assume that it means 100% payment upfront. Most of the time, this might disqualify you when compared to the more cost-effective competition. Therefore, I recommend putting a payment schedule in your bid.

For all bid and private message submissions to date - thank you.
