CSV parser

Objective is to parse three CSV files (ASR_STD, ASR_PRM and [login to view URL] - see link to archive below).

You would then match the country name in the first column (Destination) of the ASR_X files with the country_name column in the [login to view URL] file.

It will never be a full match as the "Destination" column in the ASR_X files will always contain additional information such as "Mobile", etc.

So the match would be for the left most characters.

You will then create a file like "[login to view URL]" for all matching entries - that means a country that appears in the [login to view URL] AND also in the ASR_X files. You would populate the "client_name" column in the "[login to view URL]" with the additional information from the "Destination" column of the ASR_X files. Please see the "[login to view URL]" for reference and please take note that data from the "ASR_PRM" will be of type "p" and data from ASR_STD" will be of type "w". Also please make sure that you will properly populate the country_id from the "[login to view URL]" file.

And please be aware the the input files could have different names. So you need to make sure that the user would upload / select the right file.

In addition to the "[login to view URL]" you would also create a second file "[login to view URL]" where you would populate all rows from the ASR_X files that NOT match with the "[login to view URL]".

The solution can be online running on either a .NET server or a Linux server (Apache based).

Or you can create a script or client application running on either Windows or Linux.

If you fail to start your bid with "Yes, I have" then it will be disregarded. You cannot believe how many bidders just bid without even reading the full project description.

Time is critical with this project so I can only accept bids where you will start right now and finish within the next 3-5 hours.

It's a fairly easy task after all. :)
