Banner Ad Code

This is a simple code, I could probably get around it, but I was hoping someone could make this more efficiant. This is not for my site, what it is - is I want other people to post my banner on their site, I will then pay them $0.01 per click (keeping cookies 60 days though). All you would need to do, is show me how to make code that would keep track of how many people passed through their site into mine. I also need it to have some method of viewing or database that they can see so the people who post my banners know how many people they sent and how much I owe them. Nothing fancey, just 'number of clicks, number of unique clicks'. So what I am thinking is a tracking system directed to a single page that marks it, then forwards to the intended directory. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform All that would be nessisary for this project.
